Shipping & Delivery

For in-stock items, we ship within 1 business day (Monday–Saturday) unless we need to contact you to verify or process your order. In rare cases, an item may sell out after purchase—if that happens, we’ll contact you ASAP with the best available options (replacement, alternative, or refund).

Shipping speed depends on your address and the method selected at checkout. Our warehouse ships from Florida, so Ground deliveries are typically faster for customers closer to the Southeast.

Order cut-off: 12:00 PM (noon) ET. Orders placed after cut-off begin processing the next business day.

UPS (U.S.)

UPS offers reliable tracking and (for many services) guaranteed delivery dates. UPS delivers to street addresses only (no PO boxes) and typically delivers on weekdays.

  • UPS Ground: 1–6 business days (continental U.S.)
  • UPS 3 Day Select: 1–3 business days (continental U.S.)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 1–2 business days (U.S., including AK & HI)
  • UPS Next Day Air: Next business day

USPS (Domestic U.S.)

USPS can be more cost-effective for lighter packages and may deliver on Saturdays. Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying territories may take 1–2 weeks longer than typical estimates.

  • USPS First Class / Ground Advantage (when available): 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days (not guaranteed)

USPS (International)

We ship internationally via USPS. International delivery estimates vary by country and may be affected by customs processing. Tracking may be limited once the package leaves the U.S.

  • USPS First Class International: lowest-cost / slowest option (varies)
  • USPS Priority International: typically 6–10 business days (varies)
  • USPS Express International: typically 3–5 business days (varies)

Duties & taxes: Your country may charge import duties/taxes. These fees are not charged by Fundom and are the customer’s responsibility.

We ship to most major countries. At checkout, use the country dropdown—if your country appears, we can ship to you.


 

 

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused (not worn/washed)
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags, inserts, and accessories included

No restocking fees. Once your return is delivered back to us, we typically process it within 24 business hours.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund (unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect):

  • All Funko products
  • Clearance / sale / discounted items
  • Blind boxes / mystery items (including capsule toys & Mystery Minis)
  • International orders
  • Health & safety items: underwear, swimwear, face masks, body jewelry
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can help quickly. Please email cs@fundom.com and include clear photos of:

  • The item
  • The original packaging
  • The shipping box (especially important for collectibles)

If the issue was our error (wrong item, damage in transit, defect on arrival), we’ll work with you on the best resolution (replacement when available or refund). When applicable, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and cover return shipping.


Category-Specific Return Notes

Collectibles

Eligible collectibles must be returned sealed and unopened (if sealed by the manufacturer). If the item is not sealed by default, all parts must be included. (International orders remain final sale.)

New Era Hats

To be eligible for return, New Era hats must include the original sticker. Returns missing the sticker may be refused. (International orders remain final sale.)


Changed Your Mind / Ordered the Wrong Item

If you ordered the wrong item/size or no longer need it, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery as long as they’re in as-new condition (unworn, unwashed, and unstained). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after issuance may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
