Shipping and Delivery
For in-stock items, we will ship your order within one business day unless we need to contact you to process your order. In the rare case that we sell out of an item you have purchased; we will do our best to help you find a replacement. We may need to contact you if your order is flagged by our payment processing system, especially for international orders, so please make you provide correct contact information.
Delivery estimates depend on the shipping address and method you selected. Below you will find a list of the shipping options we offer. Our warehouse is in Florida, so the closer you are to us, the quicker you will receive your package, especially for ground shipments.
UPS Options
UPS offers Guaranteed Delivery Dates and reliable tracking. UPS delivers to street addresses only, not PO boxes, and only on weekdays. Order cut off time: 12pm EST.
UPS Ground: 1-6 business days within the continental US.
UPS 3 Day Select: 1-3 business days within the continental US.
UPS 2nd Day Air: 1-2 business days within the US including Alaska and Hawaii.
UPS Next Day Air: Next business day.
U.S Postal Service (USPS) - Domestic/U.S. Options
The USPS delivers on Saturdays and they are generally cheaper for lighter weight packages. Hawaii, Alaska and outlying territories can take up to 1-2 weeks longer that the estimated ship-date. Order cut off time: 12pm EST.
USPS First Class: Ground option for lightweight packages that takes 2-5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail: Air option that takes 2-3 business days (not guaranteed).
US Postal Service - International Options
Delivery estimates for International shipments vary for every country. Tracking packages is limited, and there are often customs delays. Order cut off time: 12pm EST. Shipping methods for International orders include:
USPS 1st Class International: For lighter weight packages; lowest-cost/slowest option.
USPS Priority International: Takes 6-10 business days.
USPS Express International: Takes 3-5 business days.
We only ship internationally with the USPS. Shipping times vary greatly depending on the country you live in and therefore the shipping estimates we offer are less reliable than they are for the Continental U.S. You may also be required to pay a customs tax fee in your country. This fee is not charged by us, it is charged by your country. If you are concerned about the customs tax, please check with your country's postal system to determine how it may impact you.
Countries That We Ship To
We ship internationally to most major countries. When placing your order, please check the country drop down box. If your country is listed, then we can ship to you. If your country is not listed, then chances are we do not normally ship there
Return Policy
You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of the order shipment date provided to you by email. We will process the return within 24 business hours of its delivery. We do not charge any restocking fees. We guarantee every shipment we send out and we want you to be satisfied. Please reference our customer service if there is a problem. For health safety reasons, underwear, swimwear, Masks, and body jewelry cannot be returned.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on Funko and on Clearance products, and all sales of Funko and Clearance products are final. However, if you receive an item that is not in the condition advertised, we are happy to assist you. In such cases, we kindly request that you send us photos of the item via email to CS@FUNDOM.COM within 5 days of receipt. This allows us to assess the damage and work with you to find a suitable solution.
We take great care in ensuring that all of our products are of the highest quality and are accurately described on our website. However, we understand that in rare cases, issues may arise during shipping or handling. That's why we are committed to working with our customers to address any concerns in a timely and efficient manner. If you have any questions or concerns about our returns and exchange policy, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.
International orders cannot be returned, all international sales are final.
New Era Hat Return Policy
To return a New Era hat, the sticker must be included in the shipment. Returns of hats that are missing the New Era sticker cannot be accepted. International orders cannot be returned, all international sales are final.
Collectibles Return Policy
To return a collectible, the item needs to be sealed an unopened. If the product does not have a seal by default all parts need to be accounted for. International orders cannot be returned, all international sales are final.
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged
We are sorry! We will send a replacement or refund your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging and condition. If the reason is due to our error, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, you will not be charged to ship the new item(s); for straight returns, we will credit you for the original shipping cost.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind
We will exchange your item or refund your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, in "as-new" condition, and do not appear washed, worn, or stained. You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. When you exchange an item, we will charge a small fee to ship the replacement, as well as any price difference. When you return an item outright, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method for the price paid, we do not refund shipping costs.
