Cancellation policy


At Fundom, some items are offered through special purchase options such as pre-orders, made-to-order items, or limited-availability collectibles. Please review the following cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock and are reserved in advance.

  • Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, pre-orders cannot be canceled, as inventory is allocated and secured with our suppliers.

  • If a pre-order is significantly delayed or canceled by the manufacturer, customers will be notified and offered a refund or store credit.

Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are provided as guidelines and may change due to manufacturing or logistics delays beyond our control.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order items (including printed apparel or custom items) are produced specifically for each order.

  • Orders for made-to-order items cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.

  • If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to assist if production has not yet started.

Limited & Collector Items

Certain collectible items, blind boxes, figures, or limited releases may be offered in limited quantities.

  • These orders are final sale once processed and are not eligible for cancellation after confirmation.

  • This helps ensure fairness and availability for all collectors.

How to Request a Cancellation

If your order qualifies for cancellation under the terms above, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, packing, or shipping stages, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
