Handling Time
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, six (6) days a week.
Orders are processed during our regular fulfillment window between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM EST. Orders placed after this window may be processed on the next business day.
Please note that handling time refers to order processing and packaging, not transit time.
Item Condition & Packaging
All products sold by Fundom are brand new and shipped in their original manufacturer packaging, including all original tags, inserts, and accessories (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
Packing Standards
We take packaging seriously, especially for collectibles.
- Toys, figures, and collectibles are carefully wrapped and boxed for protection.
- Apparel and non-fragile items (such as shirts or socks) may be shipped in standard poly mailers.
Packaging methods may vary based on item type, size, and shipping destination to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Address & Labels
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order.
Once an order has been processed, we are typically unable to modify the shipping address or cancel the order. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible at cs@fundom.com.
Shipping Carriers
The shipping carrier used for your order may vary depending on your location, shipping method selected, and package size.
Common carriers include:
- USPS
- UPS
- Asendia (international orders only)
We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Customizations & Special Requests
We are unable to customize the actual items being sold.
In some cases, we may be able to accommodate special packing or shipping requests. These requests are not guaranteed and must be approved before processing.
