Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and are subject to the eligibility requirements below. Please note that all Funko products, clearance items, blind boxes, and international orders are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at cs@fundom.com with photos so we can assist you.
Returns & Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unopened, and in original condition
- In original packaging
- All tags, inserts, and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized or unapproved returns may be refused. Once received and inspected, approved returns are typically processed within 24 business hours.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance:
- All Funko products
- Clearance or discounted items
- Blind boxes, mystery items, and capsule toys (including Pop Mart, Funko Mystery Minis, and similar products)
- International orders
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (cosmetics, beauty products, body jewelry)
- Swimwear, underwear, and face masks
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous or restricted materials
If your issue involves a manufacturer defect or missing insert, please contact us. We may assist by working with the brand or distributor when possible, though refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can help.
For collectibles or packaging-sensitive items, please include clear photos of:
- The item
- The original packaging
- The shipping box
If the issue is due to our error, we will provide a replacement or refund, and return shipping will be covered by us.
If You Ordered the Wrong Item or Changed Your Mind
Eligible items may be returned provided they are received back in:
- Original packaging
- “As-new” condition
- Unwashed, unworn, and unstained
In these cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If your return is approved, please return the item and place a new order separately. Any price differences or replacement shipping fees may apply.

If your return is approved and requires shipping, you will receive detailed instructions. In most cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Abuse & Fraud Protection
To protect our collectors and our business, all return activity is reviewed. We reserve the right to deny return requests that show signs of abuse, including but not limited to:
- False claims regarding authenticity or condition
- Claims involving more items than originally reported
- Repeated return abuse or chargeback threats
All return decisions are made at our sole discretion.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
